As a 45yo... I would say yes.

But the oldest and best of friends will be there for you no matter what and whenever you need them.

Be that friend to others... you’re going to need all the help you can get sometimes.

Some people are in and out. Other friendships kinda take their course. But, I have friends I have known for 20, even 30+ years and I can't imagine not being around them.
