@Casheyane a person’s dress can really tell a big story about them, and sometimes a misleading story.

@LukeTheDuke Really? Wow I didn't expect to get best answer for that. It's just one of those things I notice because it's one of my interests. At times I find myself commenting silently and mentally switching items they wear for the better. XD
