Had anyone read .."Man's Search for Meaning. " by Viktor Frankl.?

I am half way through. ...and I can see it will be a book that I read again and again

What's the premise ?

It is the story of a man that survives the concenation camps....and retains his humanity

I like to read to help me fall asleep I have a feeling that one might keep me up

No it really is an inspiration. ...it makes me feel so grateful
