I've never found it a problem. The clocks go forward an hour later this month, but the change either way is always in the early hours of Sunday morning.
I simply leave the clocks (including on the cooker) and my watch alone on the Saturday, let myself sleep naturally, then adjust the time-pieces at leisure on the Sunday. Consequently I neither lose nor gain any sleeping hours: that only happens if you set the clocks before going to bed, and one of them is an alarm-clock, with the alarm on.
I do wish we'd stick to GMT all year round, and be done with it though!
