This body has kept of over 60lbs in over 20 years. (Only 5% will keep the weight loss going )

1. The best way to control the urge to gorge. ..Intermittent Fasting.
2. Leave the table or meal 80% full, then in time your stomach size will decrease.
3. Avoid sugar. ...notice that sugar foods give you a lift, then drop, that's why you will crave sugar (sugar is a drug )
4. Avoid sitting, we sit allot, as in drive to work, sit at desk. At home sit at computer or TV...
5. MOVE. ...aim to move as much as possible. Do weight training, this helps your body be more efficient.
6. Aim for 80% or more fresh veggies. ..eating the greens, will improve your general health and keep it off. .
7. Water is preferable over sugar drinks. Fruit juice is high in sugar.
