Why can't people take the time to clear the snow off their vehicles

I just got a wack of frozen snow fly towards me as I drove behind a vehicle...lucky for me I controlled my truck and avoided what could of been a disaster...don't you not get it people?

I am not tall enough to clean the snow from the top of my vehicle. If you want to come over and clean it off just to make yourself happy then go right ahead.

I am usually extra cautious when it snows because I am aware not all the snow comes off of cars and it may fly off while driving. Just my two cents.
