I prefer animals to people

Ive just seen a sickening video of a "man" kicking a defenceless cat. Why do people do that? Are they just sicK? I'm looking after next door's cat while the neighbours are away at a party tonight. I have a furry black and white fluffball sat next to me on the sofa, keeping me company. She keeps nosing my hand for me to tickle her tummy.

When people are in pain and refuse to see their own responsibility for it, they take out their frustrations on smaller, weaker beings. It's actually an act of cowardice.
