So, what are you doing today?

I'll be starting croissant dough today.
It's a 3 day process, by Friday I'll be giving my neighbors freshly made croissants.🙂

@LatteQueen I don't know how blessed I am. More like my family who I've been doing the work for the past couple weeks is blessed lol

@Complexconfessions well at least they know you're capable and they can count on you!
My mom always said to be grateful that people can still count on you because when they can't, they will toss you aside like an old shoe.
It sounds better in Portuguese. Lol

@Complexconfessions yes, my mom was Brazilian, my dad is Mexican and I was born in Texas so I speak Portuguese, Spanish and English.
