So, what are you doing today?

I'll be starting croissant dough today.
It's a 3 day process, by Friday I'll be giving my neighbors freshly made croissants.🙂

I'm winding down here as it's almost 8 pm but I'm impressed with what you'll be doing. I had NO idea it took so long to make croissants: 3 days wow. I'll probably remember that every time I have one in future. lol
