Spent the past 15 minutes, or more, reading wikis and articles on this because I was rather curious too.
The answer is probably not, no.
Chances are if he was exposed to a disease like that he'd potentially have to be stored in a bacta tank until cured where he'd essentially be placed in a (possibly drugged up) meditative stasis; considering he is Darth Vader chances are he would not opt for the drugs as the only reason they give people the sedatives in the first place was because some people found it a very unpleasant experience. Although quite frankly, he had opportunities to upgrade his suit but refused because it reminded him of his failures to defeat Obi-Wan and his failure to save Padme, etc.
So we never really would know what a non-edgy Vaders capabilities would be when it comes to disease resistance.
Powerful Jedi on the council were able to slow and cure disease, but Vader kinda offed all of them, and I don't see Sidious teaching Vader anything even remotely like that.
