Can someone forget to want to hang out with you?

How would you feel if you asked someone to hang out with you but they said they wernt sure when they could hang out but then after you tell them to let you know when they were available, they respond by saying "I'll probably forget by then"

@ai12ci45lef000 well it started as a potential person who I wanted to date. We matched on tinder and we were talking and she said she didn't want to meet me yet and eventually told me she wasn't interested in me more than a friend but we have been just talking as friends as she keeps telling me about all the losers she has been dating.
