Being nice always backfires, I quit

Nice guys always finish last. Take that advice from someone who can't be mean to save their own life and let's everyone walk all over him

The harsh truth is that's correct. It's been my experience that it's jerks that get ahead in life. Learn assertiveness at work and game for personal life. Nice guys finish last if they finish at all. It sucks but that's how the world is.
