What are some good techniques for controlling anger?

I erupt too easily and the littlest things set me off and it’s like something is physically weighing on my brain and I can’t seem to think about anything positive.

Breathing exercises do help, they distract you from the things that don't matter, focus your mind on your inner self and concentrate on the wall that keeps negativity from other people out.
