What are some good techniques for controlling anger?

I erupt too easily and the littlest things set me off and it’s like something is physically weighing on my brain and I can’t seem to think about anything positive.

Run, and keep on running until all that energy is burnt off. If not, pace and 🤬, if it’s appropriate where you are. Just do it alone with no one else around. Anger is pent up energy. It needs release in a productive way. Cleaning the house like a whirlwind, may also help.
