Is it really that hard to tell the truth?
I really hate being lied to. More so, I hate myself for being so naive and believing them!

We tend to pick people we are attracted to and find attractive (on a subconscious level) traits that attract us. Sometime those are negative traits. So 2 things.... 1. think about what attracts you to liars. 2. understand people lie to give you the air that they are something better than who and what they are. Its all from being brutally insecure. Just my 2 pence.

@PerfectIllusion Sometimes just looking at yourself and why you have patterns with people is the most important place to look first.
