What if someone is so stoned that they can transmit their high through very close contact?

That’s basically a running joke at my job about one of the bakers on the morning shift. Guy was a meth-head/dealer. Talks so fast and never shuts up that you’d start to wonder if you’re at risk of a contact high standing too close to him.
