What would you say to someone who texted you this?

Sorry but you’re making it hard to hold a conversation (over text). Gives the impression you’re not all that interested which is completely fine. If that is the case it’s been nice talking to you and best of luck on your search :)

@JaggedLittlePill yeah I'm not speculating on what's going on, just saying what I'd do. If the other person feels strongly enough to criticize me on my conversational ability, I'll happily bounce right back out of their messages.

@Holdontothefire except you already speculated. You speculated the person might be crazy all because they asked for the other person to actually be engaged in the conversation. Their time is being wasted. Nothing about this screams crazy. You speculated in the first place.

@JaggedLittlePill I said I wasn't speculating about what was going on. My assumptions about people in general are separate from that. I'm confused as to why you feel this is necessary.
