The number of people who go bankrupt in America due wholly or partly to medical bills is a national scandal for a country that considers itself rich and advanced . Maybe one day it’ll finally join the ranks of the civilized nations with universal healthcare free at the point of delivery.

@Discotheque I come from a country where there sure is universal healthcare but it's shit, still the USA's system seems kinda extreme to me, because they're supposed to have the best Universities concerning medicine and all... still there's zero deontology. So it seems like no matter the knowledge, if the whole system isn't ethical then it's all useless.
