Addicts?
Professional wrestlers?
Soldiers?
I’d need more context

@Tomorrow Soldiers are indeed intentionally risking their health and their lives, when you look at it.

@bijouxbroussard True. But that wasn't basis for my question. Soldiers risk their very health and lives for others. I was more talking about - for instance, people who intentionally gain weight for fun and fetish (admitted) and hurt others - like their nurses and caregivers. We had a patient over 800 lbs. in the hospital - admitted they actively tried to put on weight for their SO. Two of the nurses taking care of them are now out with back disc problems. I find that sad. I believe they need help. But the same could be said for those who eat too much sugar, or drink too much or use recreational drugs. Heck even eating too much cheese or sitting on our butts all day is a problem too. We all have our issues. We all could be better. But when addiction hurts self, family, and others, I think it's time to seek help. Just my opinion.
