Sound logic.
I had a buddy of mine into the whole body building/personal trainer thing who told me it was actually a good idea to eat a little something before bed because it triggers the burning of calories easier. I think thats what he said. I can’t be 100% sure though because him just saying it wasn’t a bad idea made it hard to hear him over the sound of the plate full of pizza rolls being microwaved.
