sounds perfect my large sized dog decided to tear the inserts to one of my boots to shreds last night while I slept, shes punished in her crate or she would be curled next to me @CoffeeFirst

@Stereoguy For the same points, you can have....an Apple smoothie: place in blender 1 apple, cut into chunks, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 cup crushed ice, 1/4 tsp apple pie spice, and 1/4 cup Skinny Mixes zero carb zero sugar syrup, coconut or pecan praline flavor.

Place everything in the blender, and puree. 😉
