Aww, you know he’s heard it before. I once had to get some files for a client in a wheelchair and said, on autopilot, “please stand by, I’ll be right back.” I wanted to kick myself, as he chuckled and replied, “Mind if I ‘sit by’ instead ?” 🤦🏽‍♀️
