Maybe she's stressed about something, have you asked her if there's anything weighing her down as of lately? If not that, maybe she's having some kind of internal crisis and needs an outlet to put herself into. I'm not a professional or anything, just giving some suggestions.

Has her life changed at all in thr past year. Year and a half?

Change of college or work.

Any changes socially, with either family or friends?

Is it her Last year at college?

@BoobooSnafu She does deal with anxiety a lot. She's a senior in college, on her last semester. Probably unsure about next steps and things like job security. Her older sister just got engaged so that's probably putting pressure on her - her parents and older siblings are either married or are gonna be married, all did it at our age. Even her best friend from home got engaged over New Years. Taking walks seems to help her but we can't do that cuz it's cold and snowy.

Have you asked her why? Like what's been on her mind?

🤔 She's gotta be thinking about something, maybe she's reluctant to share what it is? Could be stress or anxiety though. I'd suggest she does things that calm her, like reading or tea or whatever she personally enjoys. Otherwise I'm not sure I can be of much help.

You probably have it spot on there. My advice would be to treat her right and support her, the rest will work itself out with time. Maybe ask her about these things, see how they're weighing on her. Ask her about her thoughts on them. Ask if you can do anything to help. @InvictusIndigo

It sounds like she might be struggling with depression/anxiety. I’d encourage her to see a therapist. Good luck with everything x
