@Tomorrow I have had my shoulder dislocated and once fell headfirst from atop a car onto the concrete sidewalk as a kid, but nothing compared to the pain from that stone making it's way through my kidney. When it finally passed through the ureter into the bladder I was in relief-heaven. The exit process was nothing but granular particles.
