I havent felt this deflated since my breakdown last year

Yes,very tired. And apparently, I have to wait 6 months before I can take a week off work.
I wanted to take a few days off in January, but if I do that, I won't be allowed to take PTO for my birthday trip in a few months.
Guess I need to just stay in bed for a weekend.
Can't get any rest

Ha...I have. I find that grabbing a few fingers of an Irish single malt, and sliding naked in to my hot tub, surrounded in snow, is a balm. I always feel sort of recharged as I slide back in to my terry cloth bathrobe.
Works for me most times.
