No. It does provide me with a distraction but I know it's not good for me in the long run.

i found out maybe 25 years ago ,that its more of a challenge and a better bang for your buck ,if you can keep that buzz going instead of getting blind drunk ,learn to keep that happy buzz you get before you get blind drunk pace yourself . just sayin🙃
