@TwiddlerofThumbs yes you’re correct. To communicate effectively, to admire one’s beautiful features(not just physical), to understand reasonably (knowing that we may not understand our partner as a whole and accepting it), to not love but be ok with their insecurities. I believe that is love. Not just a special feeling, or wordless magical mind reading understanding etc
