If God was real why doesn’t he solve all problems he created?

I don't know if this is still the Christian teaching but it used to be : Lets say a baby is born and dies before it can be baptised. It cannot go to heaven. We were certainly taught that in school. How can there be a just God in that?
@alan20 Pfft - that's silly!

Brand new perfect little soul!... Course it'd go STRAIGHT TO heaven.

It's ridiculous for man to think he has the power to anoint a soul!
And grant it gods grace.!

That's just presumptuous and... Just a wee tad arrogant of us to think that. 🤣

@OogieBoogie They used to preach that such souls went to a special place called Limbo. In 2007 the Pope finally abolished it. Google it if you don't believe me. Of course its silly, as is a theology that can be changed so fundamentally after 800 years.
@alan20 I agree so much with what you just Said.

I left religion behind years ago!... Found that my soul has no problem. Finding God amd goodness on its own... After all - he made it... 🤷‍♀️😊

@OogieBoogie It was an attempt to rationalise their dogma that one cannot go to heaven without being baptised. Babies born dead couldn't even be buried on consecrated ground. The inhumanity of it all was mind-boggling!
