Can I just say wow?

People shouldn't really surprise me. I shouldn't be surprised.

But, folks who cannot get a grip on reality....

I can only say "wow"

I make allowances for people with certain conditions. But that still doesn't mean they aren't dangerous. And most of these people are undiagnosed.
