I'll give that a shot. I do typically drink water all day, but we'll see how it goes.
I hope you're not a surgeon, EMT, driver, or the likes.

I have anxiety and sleep problems as well. Tyrosine or B12 helps but I only take those supplements if I am at 0 energy, which is 5 times a year. Good luck!

I have insomia and i often sleep very late and add to that i like coffee a lot even in the middle of the night
