Do you tip the delivery driver ?

I hate when the food is late and the person get to the door and don’t greet or say anything ... that’s the only time I don’t tip. Now if they are excited about bringing my food and have good energy I would be delighted to tip

Word gets around when you don't tip. You become known to all drivers as the house that never tips, then your food is late every time because what are you going to do? Not tip? Not to mention spit in the food and depending on the person, property damage. Always be nice to people who are alone with your food, and don't mess with people who know where you live.
