Is sorrow a default state?

If we compare sorrow to darkness and joy to light.
Light needs to be present to overpower darkness, it has to have a source while for darkness, it’s just there.

Like life is always present in you, you just have to feel that. Similarly light is always present in you, you need not to look for it outside, it's inside you. Darkness is what you create in your mind.

But you do come into existence. What is there without life but darkness and death..@ABCDEF7

@d0vev When someone will perceive that darkness, that someone is life in itself. The thing is what we want to see. The glass half empty, or glass half full. Life is always lively, like kids see it, sorrow is our creation. Light is present with the creation.
