Do not use Spectrum!!! They are getting over on people...

I’ve had cable for a month and my bill was $377 they add extra fees and advertise how other companies do it and I feel they are overcharging me so I called them to have them break it down to me what I’m being charged for.. They mentioned how we pay for their bill to pay for their usage of the towers they are using .... They also throw in other fees and can’t explain what the other fees are for. Then they charged $9.99 for you to install it yourself. Then they quoted me &125 for cable phone and internet said I was eligible for a special. Looked at my first bill and it was $377.83 a rip off! I’m going to spread the word everywhere I go! Thought this would be helpful to someone

My Dad recently changed from Dish network to A.T.T U-verse and got a big bill but not like that. I know he was on them online and had a complete statement for any and all charges e-mailed to him.
I think all of these companies rape you to start but my bill for phone,internet and U-verse TV is only $144.99 a month. That usually was about Dish's bill alone.
Try their "Chat" line and maybe you'll get better service.
