do u know anyone who’s relatively young and has a really bad memory?

Not dementia cause it’s too young but has to be reminded constantly of things.

That's me. And I think it's because I put so much on my plate. The doctors gave me hypertension medicine a while ago and told me to take it easy. Was 145/85. I think I'm doing better now though. Just worried about my future and career and doing all I can to be successful
