IF any such person really existed he'd have reflected been of Arabic / SE Mediterranean lands.
The Flood story is so absurd it's very unlikely Noah is anyone but a figure of myth; but the OT was written by and for a Middle Eastern, Late Bronze Age society who probably adopted much older myths from around that region.
