What is something that you broke/messed up and no one ever found out you did it?

I once had to work in a old feed store they also sold nic nacs and such I broke so many things there no one ever knew about

At one of my old jobs we had a fabric printer and I took a t-shirt with a bunch of text home because I assumed it was a test print and it was either that or it got thrown out.

Turns out my boss needed it because it had the IP address on it. Oops.
