How would Americans cope if McDonalds changed to an all Vegan menu?

Considering the outrage I've seen voiced over even a meatless DAY in public schools, the scoffing over any published or broadcast mention of the fact that even eating [i]less[/i] meat is generally healthier...and the ridicule many display upon just seeing the [i]word[/i] vegan or vegetarian?

One or many Americans would probably would start blasting up McDonald's franchises...
