@Nimbus lactobacillus helveticus and lactobacillus casei are two that are combined in tiny little drinks marketed mostly for stomach viruses but have read on medical websites they’ve been researched and found to be effective for a host of medical conditions..inflammation, joint pain, immune system, cold & flu, etc. I’ve also read that Epstein-Barr virus may be a trigger for rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune illnesses. My daughter has lupus and took her for a medical research study about 25 years ago for lupus in teens & the Epstein-Barr virus. Am thinking there are cures and treatments out there that haven’t yet been released to the public.

@Nimbus I don’t think it’s a coincidence. These antibiotics we’ve used in our lifetimes have wiped out a lot of the beneficial bacteria that need to be replaced.

@Nimbus Causing MRSA among other problems, they weaken the immune system.
