Any advice for insomnia?

I haven't slept in days. I'm exhausted.

Vitamin D3 if yours is low, b vitamins, magnesium, calcium ...if your levels are low, they help, good sleep hygiene, exercise during the day...
@SW-User I take vitamin D, calcium and glucosamine. I can't exercise right now due to injury, but I am very active.
