I love couscous. How is that possible though it's made from durum wheat. But I do like it

@helenS personally I think psychology is a main driver in obesity..... But National Institute of Health says its carbs and actually I think it's eating
1. Not enough in a day and too much at one time
2. Eating at wrong times
But this is the general thing on carbs....
