How do I stop feeling hatred for my boyfriend?

I hate him when I think about the horrible things he has done to me. I don’t trust him at all because of it. I want our relationship to be better.

He KNOWS he is hurting you. He doesn't care now, he won't care in the future. Admit it to yourself and dump his sorry ass.
