Obstruction of Congress & Abuse of Power - no direct mention of quid pro quo or bribery.
They want to impeach him for something Obama also did, and every president over the last 4 decades have done. Obama claimed executive privilege when he withheld witnesses and documents from congress and in fact, we do have a system of checks and balances that allows for separation of Powers and allows the president to have executive privilege. Their whole case is weak.
