Do you ever wonder how much you annoy people?

Constantly... anxiety sucks in that way

I make a point of annoying my wife and children daily, except at weekends tgen it's at least every 3hours

I hope seriously hope I annoyed people, pride myself on this.

I do wonder. And I always think..could I be MORE annoying though 😞
