Do you ever lose interest in everything?

I was getting better by keeping myself busy. But apparently the thing strikes back.

I typed a couple of posts a few weeks ago to just end up scrapping them. I sometimes go about my way to type a comment but I lose interest to end up scrapping that too.

Does that happen to you as well?

Eh, I think it happens to us all to some degree. Here. There. Everywhere. Distraction really is key to keeping yourself out of those dark corners of your mind, but when you have to keep your mind distracted so often it kinda wears your strength down and then you’re left right back at the place where you tried so hard to get away from. That’s when you have to dig deeper to find the root cause of what’s weighing you down and try to overcome it in some way.
