not buying an apartment building when i had the money and buildings were super cheap. at some point i had 100000$ and back then you could get a building for about 200000$. i should have went half-half with someone and today the same building, in my area ( which went from being the cheap/cool gypsy area to being the place where everyone wants to live) would now be worth at least one million dollars. back then a apartment with 2 bedrooms was 325$ and now the same would be 1200.

went to federal jail just because I am not a snitch
got busted a pay grade in service just because I would not tell them who kicked my face off (I kept saying "I am dealing with this sir ")
Drinking and driving and almost killing my wife .
The "It just happened" moments you wish you could take back .
Life is a series of screwed up events and bad choices
But if you learn from them it was a lesson .
If you didn't,well history has a way of repeating itself over and over until you learn ,,the word insanity .

Then you learn ,,stop doing stupid crap ,,it is costing more people then just you .
People who love you suffer too .
