How can they expect people to go there and colonize it without a taco bell? I'm telling you, land a taco bell on the surface of mars and the colonists will follow

Well, I guess that would be the quick and dirty way to create an atmosphere, now wouldn't it? Because we couldn't have it all circulating around in those space suits.
