I make pretty big meals for my kids and they seem to not get full. They want 2nds and 3rds most of the time

What are some different meals I should possibly try cooking so that they get full. I don’t get much in food stamps and I also have an okay income to purchase food with cash.

protein. lean meats. potatoes. beans, lentils, legumes, rice. you can buy all of these things in bulk.
