Discounting your humour, intelligence and looks, are you actually a likeable person?

Why don't you love yourself? Why are you so hard on yourself? Why do you always have to be the best? Why don't you think you're worthy of people? Why don't you think people like you?

It depends on the other person if I’m likable.... I don’t know if I’m likable. If there was a good way to measure or track it, I certainly would.
Those questions are all depressed questions. I only think that way when depressed. I’m not right now.

@ShaythePanTransMan That's good. Even I'm not, but I seriously need to ask myself these questions once in a while

@Nomad7 Yeah. Why must you ask? Those kinds of thoughts are worthless and make your brain work against you. Don’t waste your time on thinking such things. It’s better to be focused on the present moment. Ask instead: “what should I be doing right now?” And you should always have an answer (relaxing, watching this, writing this, looking out the window, listening to the professor), and then you focus on what you should be doing. I recommend looking into mindfulness and task-oriented/focused meditation if you have problems like your thoughts overtaking you.
