I feel great.
I watched my portion today. I didn't eat breakfast as I slept (its Sunday 🤣 ) in but by 11 am I was hungry. I had 1 cup of noodle soup with water. I am having 1 candy cane but I feel content I dont need to grab snacks and junk food. no heart burn or feeling too full I'm not hungry by dinner.
I have some fruit to snack on before dinner as we're having ribs and sides which I'm saving for 🤤 yum..
