Deny you the right to see a Doctor unless you're prepared to sit on a phone for 50 minutes and threaten to call an ambulance if the receptionist doesn't book you an appointment !

See just about every sporting event as 'sellable to the highest (Australian) bidder. Which you then have to pay a premium in order to watch ?
